Every service below lists what it costs, so you can work out the number before you contact anyone. Unusually large lots, or anything that has been left a long time, get quoted after a look at the property.

Pressure washing
Side panels, driveways and walkways washed back to their real color.
House side panels, driveways, walkways, porches and steps. The two surfaces need completely different handling: siding gets low pressure and a cleaning solution that does the actual work, while concrete takes real pressure in overlapping passes. Hitting siding at driveway pressure is how water gets behind it, so we don't do that.

Prices assume an outdoor spigot we can work from. Very large driveways, decks, fences and second story work are quoted separately.

Snow removal
Driveway and walkways cleared, per storm or all season.
Driveways, walkways and porch steps cleared down to the pavement, with the piles put somewhere that doesn't block the drive or bury the mailbox. Season pass driveways are cleared automatically once 2 inches has fallen, so you aren't texting at 5am wondering whether anyone is coming.

Pay per storm, or once for the whole winter.
Per visit
$55 per visit
No commitment, call when you need it. Add $20 when there's more than 6 inches down. Cleared after the season pass customers.
Season pass, monthly
$110 a month
December through March. Every storm cleared, nothing per visit, nothing extra for depth.
Season pass, paid up front
$400 for the season
The same thing for $40 less than paying monthly.
Season pass driveways are cleared automatically once 2 inches has fallen, so you never have to call. Salt on walkways and steps is on request. Standard residential driveway; long or multi car driveways are quoted after a look.

Fall cleanups
Leaves off the lawn before they mat down and kill the grass.
Leaves cleared off the lawn and out of the beds, hard surfaces blown down, and the whole lot bagged and set at the curb for pickup. Timing matters more than people think: leaves left to sit under snow smother the grass and you spend spring reseeding. Properties under heavy tree cover usually want two visits rather than one.

Deep layer, matted or wet, more than one pass.

Lawn mowing
Cut, trimmed, edged and blown down. Clippings bagged, never left lying.
Mowing on a schedule that suits the season, with the trimming and edging done every visit rather than every third one. Clippings are bagged and set at the curb for pickup. Plenty of crews cut and leave the clippings lying in rows across the lawn, which mats the grass down and looks worse than before they turned up.
